Middle East & North Africa
Even though the Middle East and North Africa Regions are often combined in USDA, Foreign Agricultural Service and Economic Research Service projections, most of the United States (U.S.) poultry meat exports will go to the Middle East. Of the U.S.’s cumulative January-August, 2011 Middle East and North Africa broiler meat and turkey meat exports less than 1% went to the North Africa Region and 9% of the U.S.’s egg product exports.
